"I like Sunny Hill because there is always a smile to be seen and the teachers make learning fun for everyone."
Naomi, Preparatory School

Sunny Hill Preparatory School ensures that children's learning gets off to a flying start! Inquiring minds will develop an enthusiasm for learning in a caring environment where every individual is encouraged to achieve their best.

Pupils can join the Nursery from age two, where our caring staff nurture their entry into education. When joining our Reception class, pupils begin the first year of Pre-Prep and the commencement of full-time education. Pupils remain with the Pre-Prep for Years 1 and 2 after which the girls continue into the Preparatory School Years 3 to 6. We welcome boarders from Year 4 and the girls reside in our junior boarding house under the care and guidance of our qualified house staff.

Small classes and carefully formulated work programmes enable pupils to develop secure knowledge and well-grounded learning skills. The syllabus delivers above and beyond the requirements of the National Curriculum to encourage the imagination of children during these precious childhood years.

You will be assured a warm welcome by staff and pupils alike.
